The City Government of Cabanatuan under the leadership of Mayor Myca Elizabeth R. Vergara in partnership with the PhilHealth Local Health Insurance Office-Cabanatuan City through the City Social Welfare and Development Office successfully conducted the distribution of Philhealth cards to 487 beneficiaries from different barangays in Cabanatuan City. The city-wide social insurance program will provide health care assistance to the financially incapable constituents in times of hospitalization. The program ensures that financially incapable beneficiaries are guaranteed equitable access to quality and affordable health care services and protected against financial risk.
