In compliance with the implementation of the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (R.A. 12001), we are pleased to present the Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for land and buildings in the City of Cabanatuan. The proposed SMV has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the law which aims to promote a uniform and transparent valuation.

This posting is made in compliance with Section 26 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 12001 otherwise known as the REAL PROPERTY VALUATION AND ASSESSMENT REFORM ACT (RPVARA).

“Section 26. Publication of the Proposed SMVs. All assessors shall publish the proposed SMVs for at least two (2) weeks prior to the public consultation and hearing, in the official website of the LGU concerned and the PHIVIDEC-IA, as well as, post the same in two (2) conspicuous places in the Provincial Capitol, City Hall, Municipal Hall, or principal office of the PHIVIDEC-IA, as the case may be.’’
