A certification scheme guaranteeing to the public that the certified establishment has been found compliant with the public health standards set by the government, including the adoption or integration with MyCabanatuan Quick Response (QR) Code (www.cabanatuancity.gov.ph:2020) contact tracing application.
Require all establishments within the city's jurisdiction to comply with the implementation of minimum public health standards and health protocols set by the Department of Health and the local government. Thereby assuring the safety of their customers from the on-going pandemic.
Compel customers to patronize establishments with Safety Seal Certification thus encouraging all business establishments in Cabanatuan to conform to the minimum public health standards and be certified as Safety Seal holders.
Inspire the public to be part of and support the city government in boosting our economy.
